Usually not if you are plainly guilty. You can help yourself at sentencing because the judge will decide aggravating and mitigating circumstances. A clean driving record is a mitigating factor and so is being an honorably discharge vereran. Take your DD-214 form to court with you. You probably know the aggravating factors , by now. Oh, no one has any money now so you might could get a starving lawyer to actually check into you case and find a legal loop hole, maybe in case law, or some other stategy. start doing his job like he is supposed to. MADD controls drunk driving laws at the ballot box. It has become an exception to the constitution !! I have a operators manual for the Intoximeter ec/ir 11. The one that don't print out an insufficient breath sample. The one that all the politically correct lawyers have been to chicken s--t to test the constitutionality of. The manual says the machine gives you 3 minutes to give a breath sample. Oh if you are a beautiful woman you'll probably get your 3 minutes. An ugly old man like me will have the tube jerked from his mouth in 15 seconds. The print out only records in minutes, so you get what we used to call in the Marine Corp. "The Green Weeny." Accually the macine is a computer, and has a modem that sends all this information to a third party. Do you think some lazy lawyer would supena this critical information? Is it really better to let 9 guilty men go free than to find 1 innocent man guilty?
