I just got an open container ticket (B & P 25620) and am wondering if this will be a violation of my informal probation from my one DUI of over a year ago.
Doubtful ... B&P 25620 is an infraction, and this is the equivalent of a traffic ticket. Unless your prior probation has a zero tolerance for alcohol stipulation, you will not likely get violated for it.
