Alcohol & Drugs: DUI, DWI Dui charge while speeding

I was charged with a DUI in New Jersey and also given a speeding ticket. I was told I did 20mph above the speed limit which I think is garbage. Do I have two different cases in criminal and civil courts.?

You likely have a traffic court date for speeding and another criminal court date for the dui.
The offense listed on the ticket is what will be addressed when you appear on that court date.
