I was arrsted Jan. 8th, 2011. It was my first arrest in the last 5 yrs. A single accident with only myself in the vehicle. I refused to blow but the hospital drew my blood and found alcohol with signs of cocaine. I had not used cocaine in 2-3 days prior. according to the paperwork it stated in Section11-5oo of the Illinois Vehicle code I am a 1st offender I have had a dui in the last 5 yrs. THe problem is that I had 3 dui arrest in the late 80's. Will they charge me with felony dui's?
