dual states and no will

Father and mother passed away inteste in TN have property in MI, there are 4 childern;brother and I are the co-administrators(we live in MI) can we sell the property without the other 2 siblings or do we need to file for Ancillary Probate here?

You probably need to file probate in the state where they resided. Are you sure there was no will in TN? Or maybe one in a state they initially resided in before TN?
