I have Canadian/US dual citizenship, born in the US to Canadian parents. Lived in Canada 30 yrs. and then moved to the US with my spouse for the last 20 years. I am considering moving back to Canada in the near future and wondering whether there is a time period or requirement in order to regain 'legal' residency in Canada.
