Hi
I was recently arrested for being drunk and disorderly. I was given three options. 1. To go on a drink awareness course and pay £40 for this. 2. Fixed penalty of £80. 3. Go to court. I chose option 1. As part of my job i have a enhanced CRB check yearly. My concerns are will this show up and do i have to declare this when filling the CRB form out.
