Drug Crimes, Substance Abuse Drug Charge??????? Please Help

what would be the time served if convicted with this charge: CRIM SALE CONTRL SUBST-1ST A Felony?. its the first time he gets arrested.

Just guessing... probably 6 months to a year, but there is really no way to say without knowing all the circumstances... and even then it is still up to a judge... unless there are strict guidelines.

How much of the drug, and what kind of drug?
