So I got pulled over half a year ago for speeding and reckless driving I had also been driving and there was alcohol unopened. I went to jail and had court the next morning. My father is there as well and they ask me why I did it I said I made a once in a life time mistake and she began reading me off my charges none of them said DUI...I was confused the state attorney dropped all the charges except for the possession of alcohol by a minor.
I'm driving to the store to grab a bite to eat and I get pulled over and the cop said I had a suspended license and need to take a DUI class. I didn't know any of this neither my parents so now I have court BUT I have already gotten my license back since this happened what should I do? What will the judge do?
PS:I know my mistake was bad and dangerous please don't ridicule me I'm not really looking to be insulted just for some help.
