Driving misdemeanor & Naturalization
I have been arrested for driving w/ a suspended license which was a misdemeanor charge but the court disposition was a conviction for unlicensed operation which is not a criminal charge. My question is how does this affect my standing as a permanent resident, how will it affect my application for naturalization. Also how do multiple misdemeanor driving violations, other than dui(misdemeanor speeding, driv w/ susp lic) affect naturaliztion/perm res.
Status was changed to permanent res with 30 days of birth, now 25, changed perm res card (new picture etc) at age of 7, but since have not renewed perm res card or changed pic, etc (res card has no exp date). How does this affect current status or applying for naturalization?
