i need advice my landlord found out i have a dog i recieved a letter from a attorney saying pre-eviction if i dont get rid of the dog i am going to be evicted,but i already gave her a 30 day notice that i am moving anyways can she still take me to court? and if she does will we get a date before 30 days?if i get evicted does that go on my record?am i going to have a hard time getting another apartment in the future?
