Do I need legal representation to have an adjacent landowner redo the road?
He has encroached 2 feet into our hayfield while constructing the road last year. We had a surveyor come and mark our property lines for a fence 2 months ago. He stated the adjacent land owner is into our property by 2 feet with the ROW. Our neighbor's property has also been encroached upon by 2 feet with a new fence the adjacent landowner put up. Should we hire an attorney and should I tell my neighbor of this also?
