Harassment, Stalking, Misconduct do i have a chance

just recieved a citation today for harassment , 3 weeks ago a girl who has been causing trouble with my daughter jumped her , hit pulled hair threw keys and school books on road , i went and confronted girl who acted smart . after brief mouthing i told her if she touched my daughter again i would break her neck . my daughter went to police who charged other girl with harassment along with my daughter and myself . just wondering if me warning her justifies harassment charge and could i win in court we live in pa
