I purchased a vehicle over a year ago. I never put the title in my name, but had the title. I have witnesses that I bought the vehicle. Long story short, I had a mental breakdown and a friend took the title and transfered the vehicle in her name. She will not return the vehicle, because ppwk is in her name it's a civil matter. She stated I agreed to this, however I was not in my right mind nor do I remember having this conversation. Do I have a case.

What you assert, you must prove.
You're claiming fraud by virtue of mental defect.
I suppose your medical records could be used to support your claims.
You can't do this is small claims, if the car is of significant value.
Small claims can't order her to return the car, only to compensate you, should you win.

You might want to speak with an attorney, if the car is of significant value. Otherwise, you'll have a difficult time proving your case.
