Do auto accident cases have juries?

When an auto accident case goes to court, is there usually a jury?

I have a different type of case filed, and the judge likened it to a car accident case... only in my case there's no jury, so that's a huge difference....

it depends on what kind of case and in what jurisdiction. In a case with multiple fatalities, and damages in the millions and conflicting witness testimony and so on, you very probably would see a jury trial, in a clear cut fender bender with damage of $ 500 probably not.

There are certain rules about this in every jurisdiction.
