DMV Suspension question

i have mult. driving on suspended license charges which all come with a 6 month suspensions of your license which are ran one after the other until the time is up and you can get your license back.



i was wondering how its possible for the dmv to charge u a reinstatement fee for you license in order to start your next suspension even though you never get the license back. Technically you are not reinstating the license you would only do that when you are able to get a license and use it right.

is there any way to fight this, its only a way to get more money off people and make them loose their license for longer if they don't have the extra money that will be pretty much wasted not being able to get another license.
