Now that I won physical custody, my husband wants to drop the divorce. He was the one that filled. I made my response to his divorce and I would like to continue with the divorce. Neither one of us have lawyers. My question is, if I still continue to go to the court dates, and he doesn't will I be granted the divorce? Remember he filled I made a response. Also if he physically with draw from the divorce request, will I be notified?
