I have been separated for two years and my husband now wants to take possession of my car which is in his name. We have been dating for about a year. I was hoping we could work it out. But found out we couldn't. So now he wants to take back the car which is in my possession because I won't let him move in. I am on disability and he is on social security. What can I do?

File for divorce and let the judge decide who gets the car.
