my husband purchased our house before we were married so he says i have no right to anything in it we took out a home equity loan on our house and remortaged our house and i had to sign all those papers and if something does happeen to him i am responsible for the payments so am i intitled to anything we have been married for over 2 years i dont work out side the home so he tells me i dont get nothing need to know the truth

You may be entitled to half of the equity that accrued on the house during the time you were married. Since he bought the house before you married, you would not be entitled to half of its total equity. However, with the subsequent loans on the house, is there any equity?

You will also be responsible for half of the debt that accrued during your marriage.

It's unlikely that you will qualify for any spousal support, but if you have children together, you would get child support.
