Wife left, left the kids with husband, and now wants to take custody, she has not spent much time with the kids since separation but now has decided she wants custody. Divorce is final in six days. She wants to refile. Her income is now higher, she works from home, but works constantly. He is in the Navy and makes decent money but not as much. He has been managing the kids and taking great care of them. They have just started school. I (the girlfriend) and my daughter have just moved in with him this week and I don't know if this willl affect the situation. Please help! Is there anything we can do to keep the kids. The custody is now shared, he has the kids still and we want nothing more than to keep the arrangements the same.
