I am needing some help for my grandparents. Last year they decided to get a divorce and now it is a mess. My grandfather is not agreeing to anything and neither lawyer is helping. They are stating that my grandfather is incompitant and until someone will over see his this the divorce cannot proceed. My question is this- doesn't a doctor have to deem him incompitant and if that has not happend, doesn't then the judge have to decide he is unstable and appoint someone over his affairs? This is really beginning to take its toll on all of us. The only thing they share are the house and it's contents. The children all are grown. Please HELP!!
