In my divorce decree my ex is to keep health and dental insurance on our children. He was fired from his job recently and insurance cancelled. Our son was seen by a doctor and given a prescription. Is my ex responsible for his prescription?
I would imagine you are to split anything out of pocket. Even if he was fired if he has no job he has no health insurance. Not sure what a court is going to do.
