I believe I was wrongfully terminated 2/5/09 and I attended an EEOC mediation regarding this matter which was not resolved.

I believe I was racially discriminated against and paid less for equal work and terminted thru pretext. AA male, 40s, only 10 mos on the job. This employer told obvious untruth to DUA which caused disqualification. Appeal hearing is 4/23.

EEOC mediation held 4/9/09 with no resolution.

I'm phone sales, AA, male and only 10 mos on job, only black. Very well known national known private company - very long tentacles. Top sales/month twice. 3 character letters from white sales people that say "I'm great person". Management had it out for me - obvious misuse/abuse of progressive discipline policy to produce a pretext termination.

Told DUA I "flew off handle, made them nervous and was 'physically' removed by security". None of those things took place, yet that's what they told DUA. I was disqualified but appeal hearing is 4/23/09.

I know it sounds crazy, but that's what happened. Please advise if can.
