Hello,
So I have a court date coming up this week, for an incident that happened at a bar. I got charged with Disorderly Intoxication and Trespass after warning. Ive met with a lawyer and he said I probably will qualify for Pretrial Diversion seeing how Ive never been arrested. However, I can afford a lawyer right now. So Can I ask the Judge for Pretrial Diversion? Should I plead not guilty in order to be considered for PTD? I don't know what to do!
