Public Order, Loitering, Urination Disorderly Conduct

I got a ticket last night for Disorderly Conduct. I have lived in this Apt for 20 years now without complaint. But now new neighbor seems to think I'm to loud. Which I admit the last two times (a month ago) perhaps I was). Last night however they pounded on their ceiling(my floor) and so I stomped back. They called the cops and the same cop as before showed up said I warned ya and wrote me ticket for stomping back on the floor even though the pounded on the ceiling first. I'm the one who gets the ticket. Anyway at the top of the ticket the Apt # for me is wrong he put their address and Apt #, below later he gets my address correct. I want to know since it has two different Apt numbers , which makes it look like I called the cops on myself. Can this be grounds to have it thrown out and dismissed.

Negative, all that will do is case the prosecutor to move to amend the complaint.

I suggest you prepare to move,or crawl around the floor on your belly.

You are not helping yourself. In fact, the landlord might grow weary of this nonsense and evict you.

Relax, save yourself the grief.
