Criminal Law disorderly conduct (please help........)

Hi,
I was arrested for shoplifting, i was plea bargain as a disorderly conduct. iam on H-4 visa and have applied for green card .my I-485 is due soon and there i have to disclose this matter.I was on probation for 1 year i am not having any other criminal background.
this all happen in michigan state .And this is on my record.
(1) - After how many days i should apply for the removal of this case?
(2)-Underthe law of MICHIGAN state what is the max and min sentence will be for this?
(3)- Am i be able to get my grencard?
(4)What kind of lawyer i should hire like only immigiration lawyer or a immigiration and criminal both?
please help me i wrote this thread many time but nobody respond me waiting for reply.thanxx

Get a criminal defense lawyer who also knows immigration law.

i could have answered that question myself. for the past threads that i am reading, the only replies i see are "get an atty"

well what is the purpose of this forum? we could have just put on top of the page "our answer will be get an atty"
