Harassment, Stalking, Misconduct disorderly conduct HELP!

I have no record other than minor traffic violations from years past. I was given a citation for disorderly conduct on Saturday/Sunday morning for yelling at my friends ex. He threatened to have his sister come find me and he'd get his "9" and shoot me, and his friend was holding my arms and yelling at me. I got scared and thats when I told the cops what happened. I never get in fights, or deal with those people. I want to get this erased off my record without going to court. I can't afford to pay the $249 fine, or miss work. Can you please help?

There is absolutely no way to get this removed by posting on a message board. You are going to have to go to court and contest the ticket, or hire an attorney. I have no idea how you can beat this. You might have to find a way to pay the ticket if you cannot get it dropped otherwise you are going to have a slew of other problems related to this.
