My info is from a loose leaf binder I have with DD info (& some other employment info) all 50 states (1-2013).
I did find this on a google search -
Alabama – no statute, based on Attorney General's opinion letter –
Private employers may require direct deposit, but public sector employers may not. (It's from 2012 & in a word document that I can't post link to.)
What do you have? (I don't have/can't find the actual letter.)
