I have ended a 3 year relationship that went bad about a year and a half ago. He will not leave. The property we live in was purchased while we were together, but I paid for ALL of it.
The down payment everything. He has not contributed financially in any way to this day.
I pay for everything. Mortgage, utilities, groceries... everything. He is using a fake identity, which I found out on my own investigating, he denied it of course but I have proof, at this point he has admitted it and claims he has to because of his past. He is unstable but has people fooled. We are not married and do not have any children in common. I am afraid but he has to go, how can I legally make him go away?
Any information would be greatly appreciated.
