i am currently in legal case against my employer regarding my disability. my disability is 'depression' and 'post traumatic stress disorder'. my employer's failure to accomodate my disability, and in fact, going out of their way to make the job as difficult as possible for me due to their continued harassment over a long period of time, all documented. part of their 'issue' was not accepting 'depression' as a disability. i wanted to confirm for anyone in the same position on this board, that indeed, depression is a disability under ada.
