Deposing against a spouse

I just got a subpeona, by fax from an attorney in Conn. who is sueing my husband. We live in Florida and they want to depose me because my husband and I own a business together. The charges against him are non-compete violation and computer fraud. The computer fraud is ridiculous, and he wasn't allowed to read the non-compete. Any way, they want all of the business info, I am majority owner, do i have to provide it? And do I have to answer against my husband and doesn't the subpoena have to be signed by a judge in Florida or can the attorney send it?
