We are current tenants of a condo that has recently foreclosed. The previous owner stopped paying HOA fees and now the HOA is towing our vehicles in an attempt to recoup these delinquent fees. We have informed them that we are in the process of moving out and to please just work through the previous owner to get this money and leave us alone but they stand by their threats. Is this legal? If not, what is the GA law that protects us as the renter?
