Attorney & Trustee delaying on getting Info & Funds to me.
I am sole survivor and major benificiary (66% +/-) regarding
a Living Trust. Attorney & Trustee feel they did an thorough
job with working through the Trust. I diagreed and filed a
grievance with the Board of Responsibility.
Board "ruled" in favor of A & T; found no mishandling on their
part; however Attorney now miffed that he was reported.
He tends to "talk down" and belittle me when I attempt to
speak with him; he seems to feel that "he can make no mistakes."
I would not hire him if I were looking to hire an attorney; simply
because of his mannerisms and in dealing with me. He seems
ill-suited for the position he holds; how does he deal with public?
All he has to say now is: "It may take a while!" He last wrote me
in early October, 2009; asserting that he would get back to me in
a week or so. It is obvious to me that he is "just playing me."
He apparently feels that he has to "teach me a lesson."
I was not suprised that B of R leaned in his favor; I am certain
that they would want to protect "one of their own."
Is there any way attorney can be compelled to forward info & funds;
certainly (to hear him talk) everything is all wrapped up; except for
the disposition of the final 66% of the Estate.
