And what is the problem? If there is a default judgment against you then you would need to bring an order to show cause to attempt to reopen the case and you'll need to establish a number of things before you can (essentially good cause to reopen.)

I deleted that post at an earlier date because no one saw a need to reply. Anyhow, I learned sooo much from law forums--absorbing enough knowledge to methodicallly and diabolically cause the plaintiff to demonstrate compassion for me (Plaintiff dropped the suit) Hee, hee, hee.
