I recently had a breakup in February. A couple of months later, I was informed by a former friend of my ex's, that he has google alerts set for my name, so he would be notified if anything new about me pops up. So, I put out the same alerts on myself to make sure no important information was reaching him. I recieved a google alert yesterday from stop-scammers.com, a website dedicated to outing gold diggers. I am, of course, NOT a gold digger, only a victim of someone elses mental instability. He listed me on there twice. I contacted the website and asked what steps I could take to have the postings removed. What legal actions can I take against him for this? He has me listed by my full name and all of my email addresses. I am currently searching for a job and if a future employer just happens to google me, they will find this. What can I do?

p.s. We both live in Michigan.
