Recently a little boy in our neighborhood was caught putting his hands in my daughters pants. We have had problems with this boy and his family in the past. He comes from a family that exposes him to pornography, inappropriate adult programming and a vocabulary and conversations that use the F-word and other foul words FREQUENTLY. (every other word)... The boy goes around cussing and saying he wants to see girls body parts naked. He also resorts to violence when he does not get his way, i.e. recently he choked my daughter until she almost passed out. Since the incident involving him fondling my daughter's private, his mother and father have been going around our neighborhood and my husband's work telling e1 that my daughter made him do it to her and that she is a danger to other children. They have also gone and tried to get us kicked out of where we live. THe sad thing is that the little boy is 3 and my daughter is 6, however he is exposed to massive amounts of sexual situations, conversations, etc. Whereas my daughter is not at all. After the incident she is the one who called the police and reported the incident citing that my daughter is a sexual predator and needed to be stopped. The Child Protective Services has found no fault where our family is concerned. We have strong ties to our community and a strong church family supporting us. My question is do I have a case against this family? I feel strongly that something needs to be done to stop this woman. This is an ongoing investigation and she and her husband are continuing to spread rumors and lies. And I am also afraid once she finds out what I have reported to CPS about her family situation she will not hesitate to exact some sort of revenge.
