I'm a 20 year old actor from the UK. I was charged last year with Deception, i sold some things that were fake on ebay 11 of them the charge was for £205.00 deception.
Now here is my problem. I have only today found out i will need to apply for a visa. I have booked 5 days in LA next week with a friend. There is no time for me to apply for a Visa.
here is the tricky part
So if i were to tick the no box on the forms handed out for "any criminal conviction". And i was not asked any questions and got into the USA. If later in my life i were to get an acting job in the USA, would they no when i applied for a work visa that i had lied when i previously enterd the states?.
any advice would help.
