Do grandparents have any rights when DCFS removes the children from the home? Are there attorneys that are familiar with DCFS cases that aren't partnered with DCFS and the Children's court services?

Do the grandparents have legal custody of the children? The grandparents have no automatic right to custody should the parents lose custody.
