Yeah hi, I'm not sure if this is the right place for this but meh. So like a month ago my ex had an episode and tossed my xbox causing the case to crack. I have some friends who have witnessed it. What can i do, even though its like 26 bucks or so, it matters to me.

You can spend about $200 to file a small claims case to try and collect on a $25 item. Doesn't make sound financial sense to me to spend 10 times the value of something to try and prove a point. :no:

Or, you could try and get on a TV judge show. That way, win or lose, you get a free trip and 15 minutes of national fame.
