Damaged property in argument

Can I get sued for a broken cell phone during an argument with my girlfriend? In the past she has broken several things of mine and I never took her to court. What are my options?

She could possibly sue you civilly for damaging the phone,IF you're stupid enough to ADMIT to anything.

Can she sue - yes. Anyone can sue anyone else at any time for anything. However, that doesn't mean they will sue or that they will win if they sue.
