I was involved in Car accident that put me in the hospital for 53 days, most of those days were spent intensive care. The guilty party had a revoke license and no insurance and was drunk, also had drugs in his system. He came over the median and t-boned the car 65 mph. I lost 12 teeth, had a seizure , and all of the bones in my face were broken except my nose. I have over 300,000 thousands dollars in hospital bills. They have turned that over to bill collectors, so I have been harassed by them. This accident happened 07/28/03. My credit is fried. Is there any legal action I can take upon so I no longer have this debt on my credit?http://www.thelaw.com/forums/images/smilies/frown.gif
