My x jeff and i have joint custody, Jeff has physical custody and i have visitation. Recently Jeff was charged with domestic violence between him and his girlfriend Heather. The incident ocurred while the children were present. Heather and Jeff were living together with my children. Jeff and Heather are currently seperated however I know this won't last long. I am worried about the safety of my children. Is there anything I can do to ensure my children won't have to live with Heather in the future?

Why are you just concerned about Heather, it was your ex that was actually charged? Seems like Heather was not charged so why should you be able to ban her around the kids? Without a court order she is free to live in her home and have contact with your kids if Jeff allows it.
