hi i am wondering if you can give me some advice. I am pregnant with my friends baby, i am with my partner (it was a mistake i makde and my partner has forgiven me) now the father of my baby is asking for visiting rights on a daily basis but this is not possible because i do not live in the same town. I do not intend to stop him seeing his child but we need to be realistic about it. He is now saying he is going to take me to court for full custody, what si the chances he will be granted this? my partner is in full time work, i have a part time job and have just finished a degree. we have somehwere appropritae to live. he says he will fight untill he gets it? any advice would be great and the chances of him getting this custody if he wouldnt what sort of rights is he likely to get and who will the responsibility fall to too travel to see the baby?
