Custody Void?

My mom has recently married the father of her two youngest children. They do not live together. Does this void the previous custody agreement that they have with the courts? They were not married at the time of the agreement.

Court orders are not void unless there is a clause they are void if certain events occur. Either a party wants a change due to changes from either party then the one wanting the change needs to petition court
