I went to a Anime conviction there was a rave dance , I was sitting at a table with a few people I had been talking to most of the day I left my soda and then went to the restroom and came back and finished talking and finished my soda . A little later I felt sick so I left the rave and went to my room. So the next morning I still felt sick and I called my mom to come get me and I didn't even finish the two days left of the conviction. Then a month later I found out I was pregnant and I don't no who the father is , I was single and non sexually active. What are my rights?

Rights for what? What are you wanting? If you are going to go on government assistance you are going to have to try and identify the father. You can also give the child up for adoption and a newspaper ad will be placed to try and identify the father. It is possible a crime was committed and as soon as you found out you were pregnant you should have called the police but in order to prove a crime occured an investigation is going to have to be done to see who was at the party. What are you wanting? You can raise the child on your own if you want or you can give it up for adotpion.

You have all custody rights since you're not married.
Since you do not even know who the father is, there is nothing more for you to do. It would go unknown on the bc. You are going to have to ask your DES/welfare office about aid but you are going to open a can of worms by asking for aid and they may require you find out who the father is and open a criminal investigation. some judges will not accept "i do not know". Since no police report was filed it is assumed you know who the father is and the sex was consensual. I am just giving you possibilities here. Time to get a job and try to avoid aid if possible. You probably also qualify for WIC and that is not welfare but they weill help you wih food and nutrition for the baby.
