My brother is here on a tourist visa from Chile. For reason left unsaid at this time my father has chosen to grant custody of my brother to me. However he has granted custody in Chile and I need to know how to make that valid here in order to enroll my brother in high school. I am looking for imput on how to proceed from here since the local school district will not accept him as a student until his visa is obtained and/or I have been granted custody.
