Custody Modification

I have court in a couple weeks. Father is tryin to get our daughter 3 weekends/month instead every other which is our current order. Little background, daughter's father and I split when she was 2yrs, he abandoned her for 2 1/2 yrs. She developed a relationship with my fiance and she began calling him daddy. He's been a wonderful dad to her since. Her biological father came back into the picture when she was 4 1/2 yrs, courts granted him visitation, which then led to partial custody, which is where we're at now. Her biological father is very demanding of her, forcing her to call him dad right away, without giving her the chance to get to know him. Since having weekend visits, he's now demanding her to call his wife mom. She obeys him because he threatens to punish her if she doesn't. I feel he is trying to get more time to lower child support payments, which isn't much now because he's unemployed. She tells me he neglects her when she's there, plays computer games and leaves his wife to care for her. He lives in a tiny 2 bedroom apartment with his 22yr old male cousin, his wife and their 1yr old daughter. He also has an older child with another woman, and he and his wife and they're expecting their second child. My concern is for my daughter, she has alot of anger inside since he's been back in her life, she hates going there and says she hates him(biological father). I need some advice.
