my son is 3 years old, and for the first 2 years of his life his father was addicted to drugs, now that he got a good job he made me get a custodY agreement before i could move out of state to start my life over, and now hes not only breaking the lawyer appointed agreement, hes also telling me i cant pick up my son on the appointed day and that i cant talk to him! the agreement does say that he gets final say, which the lawyer didnt tell me, and now hes trying to say that he can tell me whatever he wants because of it. i have taken care of that baby for 3 years and because i fell on my butt once, and now hes not gonna let me have him at all, will i be able to go pick him up on the appointed day?
