ok i was dating this girl 4 almost a yr... just a few months ago i found out she wasnt really 18 like she said she was so we broke up. her granny, papaw, mother n sister all told me she was 18. her guardians (grand parents) have been ok with us dating until i found out her real age. after that they started hating me because i dumped her. so basically they gave me consent to date a 15 yr old, them knowing and me not. they knew my age, i am 28.
never have they said we couldnt still be friends. so one night she called me crying telling me she was running away. i tried talking her out of this, but she wasnt having it. i jumped in my car and went to pick her up. because god knows who may have picked her up and what they could have done to her. i was going to take her home, but she wanted to talk with someone. i drove into town to get gas and allow her time to talk. i was arrested at the gas station. now i have a custodial interference charge on me (class D felony).
