My ex husband and I share custody of our child who is 9. After 2 years of seeing his son off and on I want full custody. However- my new husband has a criminal record. The main thing that concerns me is that when he was 17 he had charges brought against him for posting a picture of a girl's face transposed on a naked body in an email he and his friend sent to some other of his friends. He plead no contest and recieved probation. The military also investiaged this and let him join 4 years ago. He also had a DUI which is more recent and a possession charge for pills. Can my ex use this to gain full custody of our child?
